Intramural Soccer
Intramural Soccer is for families that are looking for a casual or first soccer experience. Practices and games are run by parent volunteers. Intramural Soccer runs from September to November and starts again from late March to June.

Ages
- U8 Age Group – Girls and Boys born between August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2019.
- U7 Age Group – Girls and Boys born between August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020.
- U6 Age Group – Girls and Boys born between August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021.
- U5 Age Group – Girls and Boys born between August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022.
Training Days
All training takes place at Sachem Soccer Park, 1111 Waverly Avenue, Holtsville, NY.
Volunteer Parent Coaches run practices according to their schedules.
In addition, Sachem Slammers Trainers also run 30 minute training sessions as follows:
Tuesdays
- 5:00-5:30 U7 Girls
- 5:30-6:00 U8 Girls
- 6:00-6:30 U7 Boys
- 6:30-7:00 U8 Boys
Thursdays
- 5:00-5:30 U5 Girls
- 5:30-6:00 U6 Girls
- 6:00-6:30 U5 Boys
- 6:30-7:00 U6 Boys
Games
Games are on Sundays at Sachem Soccer Park. Game times rotate each week and start at 9:00am through the afternoon.
U8 and U7 Fall and Spring Session – The format is 5 v 5 with a goalie.
U6 Fall and Spring Session – The format is 4 v 4 without a goalie.
U5 Fall and Spring Session – The format is 3 v 3 without a goalie.
Uniforms
Intramural uniforms consist of White and Gold jerseys, black shorts, and black socks. Additional items are optional.

- Size 3 ball
- Shin Guards
- Water Bottle
- Cleats are recommended
Registration
Registration starts for the Fall and Spring on June 1 through mid August (Unless the Program is filled). Registration for the Spring Session, if there are openings, begins January 1 through mid March.
Cost
- Fall and Spring Session – $225 before June 30
- Fall and Spring Session – $250 after June 30
- Winter Session – $100
- Spring Session Only – $135
- Late Registrations will need to contact the Intramural Trustee on availability of roster openings.
